Now the summer has (almost) gone…

Isn’t it typical? The sweltering days we had in the lakes and the recent mini-heat wave seem to have passed. A perfect storm for us as we had booked the air-con install months back – a delay that the high demand in leisure vehicles has placed on us getting work completed meant that the install of the Truma Aventa Comfort air conditioning has only just been done. We are not complaining – in part thanks to the quality install from Auto Additions – their service and demand was worth waiting for. And you thank you to everyone who recommended them for this work. We had (well Jamie had) many less than successful responses from motorhome/caravan dealers and local suppliers – a shame in some ways but its a dealers market right now….

Firstly we have to say that the https://autoadditionsnationwide.com service was super. A slick install and demonstration – good advice for use and future support if needed all part of the service. Couple of hours – we have the Truma in. This product came on a good recommendation and fits so well in the Bailey Autograph 75-2 we have – no real issues. A slight trim off the top of the wardrobe door – you would not know – means a tidy and professional job and finish.

Looks great atop of Betty and we really cannot wait to give it a test run on our next outing. If this weather keeps cooling we might be starting with the heating function…. Full review to come after our next trip!
